Returns

ABAYA ADDICT cares about your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with a purchase, simply sign into your ABAYA ADDICT account and contact customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.

We can issue return/exchange on all regular priced items within 7 days of receiving your order. If you contact us 8-14 days after receiving your order we will issue a return as store credit. Exchange of goods will be subject to product availability.

Keep in mind that we ship our items from DUBAI, UAE and it is our policy that we do not refund SHIPPING COST to or from the customer unless the item was sent faulty or by our mistake.   Also note that any unwarranted return(s) will have to be re-billed for shipping cost of the new replacement item(s).

All sale items are FINAL SALE not eligible for refunds/exchanges. ALL CUSTOM-MADE goods are also FINAL SALE, NOT ELIGIBLE for returns.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all ABAYA ADDICT tags still attached. Returns that are worn, damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Where provided, belts and any accessories sold, as a part of the item should be included with your return.

Once we receive your returned item, your refund or exchange will be made within 30 days of the return/exchange request.

Include your receipt and RMA numbers with your order as unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

 

Faulty goods

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any faulty item for refund or exchange.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

 

Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on ABAYA ADDICT. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

 

Refund Process

Making a return or exchange is easy. Simply request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send your item(s) back to us within 30 days of receiving it. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

RECEIVING YOUR RMA

  1. Sign into your account and under the My Account menu, click on Complete Orders. Chose the order number containing the items you would like to return.
  2. Click on the RETURN ITEM(S) button and choose the reason why you want to send your item(s) back. If an item is faulty, please provide details why.
  3. If you'd like to exchange an item because the fit isn't right, choose the replacement size.
  4. To request a refund, select how you would like to be credited. This needs to match the original payment method used. Please note, store credit is valid for one year from issue date.
  5.  Check the box to agree with our Return Policy. You will then receive an email containing your RMA number along with details of where to send your item.
  6. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
